Energy Efficiency

Back in 2015, we started looking for ways to improve the operational efficiencies of running businesses, bringing over 40 years of combined experience in both operations and finance, we defined a methodology that allowed us to design efficient solutions that would impact our client's cash flow at no cost or effort for them.

We began analyzing and understanding the electric behavior of our client's facilities and implementing lighting retrofit solutions that will help them lower their electricity bills. We then started doing full operational assessment and analysis of properties, identifying and addressing cash flow and equipment related problems that we have solved with financed solutions in areas such as complete HVAC retro-commissioning, chiller replacement, and building controls. We have deployed projects nationwide for the Real Estate, Industrial, Hospitality, and Entertainment markets.

Onpeak brings a novel approach to an old problem, how to maintain energy-related equipment on assets without the capital or effort that is burdensome and ties resources needed to run a business instead of non-productive equipment.
